Excellent food! Arrived in good time as well. Will definitely come back!

The pizzas were fine thank you. The only problem was that your website got 'stuck' between 'order confirmed' and 'meal being prepared', so when I came across QMD to collect them they were ready waiting for me even though the website said that preparing them had not started!!! Otherwise your people gave good service. Thanks.

Delivered early.....hot and delicious. The mac n cheese is the best I've ever tasted and their amatriciana is outstanding big slices if garlic bread and smothered in cheese ☆☆☆☆☆

Ordered food and was indicated delivery would be 1930. Food finally arrived 2036. Would it have been too much to ask for a phone call No apologies when phoned to query

The dough was over-proved so the pizza was covered in huge bubbles and the base was like cardboard. I usually order from Dario’s shawlands which is far superior.

Delivered 20 mins early and as always can't fault the pasta or pizza. Excellent every time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was super tasty as always but for some reason tonight the delivery driver didnt knock my door and food was absolutely freezing by the time i looked out my front door to see if it wss my delivery when i heard a car .. i didnt hear door and i also have 2 dogs who go crazy if anyone knocks my door also! So a million percent the delivery driver dropped my food order at my door and ran away without knocking my door or letting me know my food had arrived, I order from here every other day and iv never experienced this with a delivery from this place so hoping its a one off.. but highly recommend as food is really delicious from here.. Xx

Great pizza delivered hot and almost on time.

Excellent service

The order was 2 hours late. They also said they opened at 5pm when website states 3pm. When I asked to cancel the order because we’d been waiting so long, they said it wasn’t possible. The pizza was decent but not worth waiting 2 hours and being lied to.

Pizzas were very dry Liked the garlic mayo sauce and french fries with cheese

Bruschetta consisted of chopped tomatoes on crusty bread sprinkled with parmesan. Sorry but no resemblance to Italian Bruschetta. The risotto was inedible - just a big dollop of partly cooked rice with very few mushrooms and loads of cream which made it very thick and sticky. This would never be served in Italy as risotto.

Never received food. Website said open to 245am, expect delivery 310am. Not delivered. No phone call or email with explanation. Not been refunded. Tried phoning 11am no answer. Will try phoning later today for explanation/solution/refund.

I showed the driver my confirmation email that stated a booked time if 7.50pm. Literally showed it to the driver. He was an hour early. He said it was down on their side as ‘asap’.. so clearly a glitch. He got mad at me, put the manager on loudspeaker to moan even more because I refused to take the pizza (I had company coming round at 8pm). The driver proceeded to then phone my mobile, still outside my house!!!!!!! so I just took the pizza to get him away. The pizza didn’t have any tomato base on it at all, it was just like a thin garlic bread. The options I asked for was the tomato sauce and also garlic. 3 options were available and it said ‘select maximum of 2’ …. I which again I have proof of. By the time I actually ate it, it was cold. I paid £15 for thin garlic bread. No phone call from the manager, no understanding, no refund. No returned custom. Absolutely awful!
